Massage helped me to turn the corner in my recovery from a debilitating back injury. Since that first session when I was able to sit up without pain, my mission has been to support others along their journey to recovery and to help prevent injuries. I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial techniques to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and encourage functional movement.
