My goal is to help people feel more free, at ease, and able to do things they were not previously able to do such as things that they enjoy or are important to them. I enjoy this type of problem solving and helping people feel better in their lives and in their bodies.
I want my clients to feel good long term - not just right
after a massage - and encourage them to take an active role between
sessions to sustain their freedom of movement.
