Meca'Ayo is a structurally based massage therapist with an integrative approach, and has been practicing therapeutic massage therapy since 2011/12. They received their training from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, Samadhi Center for Yoga, and The Colorado School of Healing Arts. 

TLC Bodywork Denver is a Queer, Black-POC owned business. Meca'Ayo's practices include techniques in Swedish, Joint Range of Motion, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexotherapy (Zoku Shin Do), Energy and Breath Work, Yoga Knowledge, trauma-informed practices (like Trauma Touch), and more.
