ABOUT ME AND MY WORK: 

I am a structurally based massage therapist with an integrative approach, and have been practicing therapeutic massage therapy since 2011/12. I received my training from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, Samadhi Center for Yoga, and The Colorado School of Healing Arts. 

TLC Bodywork Denver is a Queer, Black-POC owned business. My practices include techniques in Swedish, Joint Range of Motion, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexotherapy (Zoku Shin Do), Energy and Breath Work, Yoga Knowledge, trauma-informed practices (like Trauma Touch), and more.

My treatment room is no-frills and no gimmicks, and tends towards more collaborative work, which means, the work we do in the treatment room at 1633 Fillmore is meant to compliment and extend upon the work and selfcare you are already creating in your day-to-day life. 

Working Hours: most Thursdays - Mondays: 10AM - 730PM

A NOTE ON PACKAGES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES: 
Please note that gift certificates are meant for the recipient for whom they are purchased and should be used within 18 months. No transfers from intended recipient to a new recipient will be accepted going forward.

Similarly, packages are intended for the buyer or the person to whom the package is gifted.
