Holding the belief that everyone has the right to have a calm mind, balanced body and resilient spirit, Megan wanted to create a place where all those things were possible. After the inception of Mile High Mindfulness in 2016, her vision has grown into a multi-passionate business servicing individuals searching for a more meaningful way of living. Her primary goal is to ensure everyone who walks though the door feels welcome, included and respected; where they can find comfort in a safe place to rest and relax. You deserve to get the most out of our session together and that's why I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare. In addition to touch therapy, I like to incorporate different breathing and mindfulness practices you can use both on and off the table to help manage your stress level and improve your over all mental and physical health. Megan specializes in therapeutic, integrative massage. Together, we will look at your posture & alignment, figure out why pain is showing up for you and help bring your body back to a place where it feels free and functional. During your bodywork session you will experience many different tools and relaxation techniques that give your mind and body a chance to repair and reboot. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with a deeper understanding of how you are put together and what you can do at home to continue the healing process.
