Based in Mayfair, Denver, Inspirit Bodywork was founded by myself, Chris Houghland. My goal is to bring about healing, awareness, and presence to your body so you can feel healthy, functional, and inspired in your life. My massage is an integrative style incorporating elements of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and energy work.
