My treatment philosophy:

I work with clients to help you be comfortable and manage pain, maybe even pain-free, if possible. 

Why I do what I do:

I decided to go to school and become a Licensed Massage Therapist because I was told by friends and family that I was good at shoulder and back rubs. I like being good at what I do. I like being able to help people. What I do seems to work for people. That makes me, and clients- happy! 

A little bit about me: hobbies, family, interests:

I like art- music, movies, fashion. I enjoy nature, long drives and hikes and find many, many people and things interesting.

I have completed 70+ hours  of continuing education and refresher courses since April 2020 including, but not limited to:

Sciatica, deep tissue work on neck, shoulders, knees, wrists and elbows; aromatherapy. Providing prenatal care; care to military veterans; research on diabetes and providing care to diabetics; clients with cancer (oncology massage); and clients taking various medications including pain-killers; nervous system disorders; chronic pain management; handling inflammation; cupping.
