Beginning her career in bodywork in 1993 through Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City, CA and acquiring her Colorado license through CIMT Colorado Springs in 2010, Teresa has since worked alongside chiropractors and physical therapists and has maintained her own private practice. Holding additional certifications in LOKTE method (connective tissue release), Advanced Myofascial Release, Stone Therapy, and Yoga teaching training, she customizes massage treatments for each client, consisting of a blend of modalities that incorporates Swedish, Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Facilitated Stretching, and Hot Stone.
