My name is Raven Grinstead and I’ve been an LMT for nearly 6 years, working with a blend of chiros, acupuncturists, nutritionists and homeopaths. I specialize in pain management, mobility and general wellness advocacy using a variety of myofascial techniques & tools.

I have a love for wellness and a firm belief that you can have a lot more fun when you take care of your body. My grandfather was always proud of the hours he’d accumulated on his Kubota, but those hours came at the cost of regular upkeep and not ignoring when something needed repaired to keep that machine running the way he expected it.

This valley is filled with a hard-working community - people that get hurt and return to challenges and adventures. Just like the machines we rely on we need regular maintenance too, and continuing to run with dysfunctional parts just leads to more damage.

I want to provide treatment to help you deal with recovery, pain, range-of-motion and other difficulties that can get in that way of the day-to-day or the grand adventures. Just call me your muscle mechanic!
