My office is open and following all of the recommended sanitation protocols to insure a safe, clean environment for your session, however I am accepting new clients for CranioSacral therapy or Reiki only, with the exception of referrals from Veterans Administration or Triwest Community Care.

My philosophy is based on the belief that your body already knows how to heal, we just need to listen to the messages it is sending. My skill is to listen to those messages and using various modalities, assist in bringing your body and mind into that place of balance.

As a board certified body-worker and therapeutic massage therapist, a Craniosacral therapist, an Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Violet Flame ReikiMaster/Teacher and a Medical Reiki Master, I use manual and energetic techniques to promote health and healing in our session. Most bodies respond better to this gentle persuasive touch resulting in an overall reduction in body tension, stress, and tightness
