I am a Licensed Massage Therapist that graduated from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and has over 25,000 hours of massage and training.
 

I decided to become a massage therapist from my personal desire to help others feel better in their own bodies. In my schooling I discovered why I was having low back problems and in turn learned how to correct pelvic imbalances.  I am fluent in myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Posture and Movement, Reiki, Pelvic Balancing, Reflexotherapy, Cranial Sacral, Hot Stone, Pediatric, aromatherapy massage and many other integrated modalities.
 

I believe a customized integrated massage is the best approach in making sure you walk away feeling better and more balanced every session.

I am in the process of getting my bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine. I've been growing my practice with different modalities and tools to benefit you throughout the years. I take pride in my practice and love what I do.
