Helping Hands Holistic was started because of my love for helping others. When I was a young girl, my aunt( Roberta but we called her Chat) , who was diabetic, asked me if I could give her a foot massage. I said yes and tried my best to give my aunt comfort and relief. My aunt Chat loved it and it became a routine. I being the curious child that I was, wanted to find more ways to make my aunt feel great, so I experimented with different techniques. Flash forward to now, I learned proper body mechanics to ensure I wasn't hurting myself and learned even more techniques. I couldn't just stay at a basic level of knowledge, so I took an advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy course. I firmly believe that the body wants to be whole and just needs a little assistance from time to time to get there. I am an entirely different kind of massage therapist because I love to incorporate many different styles and modalities to achieve the highest results in pain management.
