Frances Eve is known for her work in various modalities of bodywork for the last 10 years, her holistic wellness events and her Youtube Channel teaching practitioners how to utilize assisted resistance stretching for a deeper practice.

She is an integrative Psycho-Structural bodywork therapist and graduate of IPSB, Certified level II in Reiki and The Genius of Flexibility in Santa Barbara, she completed her 200 hr. holistic ayurvedic yoga teacher certification in Ubud, Bali.

Prior to bodywork, Frances spent eight years working at the Mastery in Transformational Training center in Los Angeles coaching adults and teens from all walks of life how to break through mental and emotional blocks in order to live a life worth living and she is also a brand partner with Purium superfoods, and has led many of her clients through a 30 day gut cleanse reset in order to help them reclaim their health.
