At Ocean Song Healing Arts we believe that treating the whole physical body with the energy body is the key to helping you feel better, move pain free, heal, and align your mind, body and spirit. Whether you are trying to get out of a pain cycle, avoid surgery, move more freely or just de-stress let me start you on the healing path to a freer more invigorated you.  

My Signature Massage incorporates a spa quality full body sequence that allows me to cover your entire body systematically while intuitively honing in on your areas of need. We begin with Reiki, with firm compression to activate your body’s Chakras, myofascial stretching paired with polarity energy techniques and empathic scanning to see what your body needs for the session. After we begin, I warm you up with long Swedish and Lomi Lomi inspired strokes slowly deepening my pressure, dancing with your muscles to unwind the tension. For your targeted areas will use a variety of modalities that can include Progressive Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Style, PNF, Conscious Breathwork, Ortho-Bionomy, Reiki and Polarity Healing techniques.  

Bodywork and Energy-work became my passion later in life than most folks, but when you witness the profound healing effects firsthand in myself and in others, life directions can change. The funny thing is, bodywork always been there. Massage started at a young age, with being a competitive swimmer since the 5th grade and I continued throughout my life well into my corporate adulthood. In 2005, when I became Reiki (1 & 2), certified I started doing intuitive massage as well. Eventually, life lead me to Alignment Based Yoga in 2010 and in 2016 became a Certified Yoga Teacher. In 2019, I left the corporate world to pursue Bodywork and Energy-work fulltime. I completed my 600-hr Massage training and Certificate at the SF School of Massage, in 2021. Then in 2023, I completed my Reiki Advanced Practitioner and Master Teacher training in the Usui Holy Fire lineage.
