Dennis' focus is on restorative bodywork, chronic pain relief and compassionate listening. He is a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner, a Board Certified Structural Integrator, a Licensed Massage Therapist (WA State) and a Certified Massage Therapist (CA) with a BSN in nursing. He found Hellerwork like so many when he was looking for pain relief and found so much more. He describes Hellerwork as very life and self affirming which led him to rediscover parts of himself physically, mentally and emotionally. He found it was a way of letting go of learned tension and emotional holding patterns which were deeply embedded in the body. He has a Baccalaureate degree in nursing from The University of Portland and did two years of graduate studies at the University of Washington in biofeedback for the management of stress and progressive relaxation. He decided to become a Hellerwork practitioner to share the incredible gifts that it can bring to anyone who experiences it. He is board certified by Hellerwork International and The International Association of Structural Integrators. He is a professional member of Hellerwork International, the Association of Massage and Bodywork Practitioners and the Association of Structural Integrators. He was elected to the office of Vice President of Hellerwork International Board of Directors.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
