I am a former foster child, Navy veteran, and mother. My journey into holistic health began when I was a teenager, when I found solace and comfort in the healing touch of my adoptive mother after an unstable early childhood. My curiosity led me to seek out massage as a young adult and I experienced a variety of healing modalities and massage during my travels with the Navy. I eventually settled into this path in 2010 when I began my training at International Professional School of Bodywork, which was located in San Diego, CA. After almost a decade of operation in a chiropractic office, I am now offering mobile holistic health services in the greater East Bay area of California. I look forward to connecting with you!
