Here at Strategic Bodywork, we provide a strategic approach to the massage practice. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the individual client.
Located in the thriving Lake Merritt district of Oakland, Strategic Bodywork has been relieving clients of aches and pains since 2010. We are on the second floor of a building dedicated to health and wellness. Many people have had the experience of a "nice" massage that made them feel better in the moment, but the next day it feels as though nothing has changed. The solution to a lasting effect is understanding where muscular dysfunction and pain originates, and working with the problem, not just the symptoms. One of the guiding principles behind Strategic Bodywork, is that we design a custom treatment plan with you, not just a routine that tends to work on general problems.
