I offer both relaxing and therapeutic massage. I specialize in Neuromuscular work which targets and releases Trigger Points that often cause chronic issues like pain and limited movement. Traditional Swedish massage is also available and Hot Stones can be added to any massage to increase relaxation and allow for deeper therapeutic work. Energy work in the form of Reiki can also be added to any massage or be it’s own half hour service if you are feeling blocked, stagnant, low energy, or just need a boost to your peace of mind.
