I am a Certified IIN Leadership In Health Coaching Award Winner, Massage Therapist & Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher (having learnt from 1 of Usui’s 21 Masters & 2 of Takata’s 22 Masters. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked in yoga studios, beauty salons, hospitals, health clinics, and travelled the world teaching Reiki Workshops. My massage style is a mix of Swedish, Lomi Lomi & Sports. I also offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) & as an esthetician, facial cupping upon request.

With nutrition, I specialize in gut health, cleansing, eating & fasting for hormone health and working with our cycles, educating in healthy whole-food plant based recipe alternatives, including some incredible and simple desserts, cacao, plus superfood elixirs!

Finding the source of imbalance in the body, and clearing it can be life changing. I can assist with dietary choices and superfoods if you desire to work on multiple levels. By request I can add in sound healing, cacao ceremony and aromatherapy. My plant based recipes have appeared on Sky Active Channel to 35 million viewers, as well as in popular health books and magazines.
