Greetings, my name is Eugenio Simborio, but everyone calls me Gino. My interest in bodywork actually began at the age of 15 when I suffered a life altering injury that left me with an incomplete spinal cord injury located on lumbar 4&5 on the vertebral column. Now this is a little embarrassing to admit, but since we're all adults here, i have to admit that my first actual experience with massage was abdominal massage to help with regularity by mimicking the peristaltic movements of the large intestine. It just amazed me how I was able to manipulate my movements through manual therapy. To sum it up, hard work and perseverance and understanding the physical limitations of my body has allowed me the ability to do what most people take for granted, like to stand tall and be able to look someone in the eye or to take my dog out for walk. I completed my training in advanced massage therapy from SOCHI (Southern California Health Institute) 2015 with a 3.8 GPA . At SOCHI, we were trained in the Inhibitory Regime, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, regional bodywork, Eastern bodywork, and hot stone massage.  I am available for massage throughout the L.A. Metropolitan area during the hours of 2 pm -10 pm. So for me, massage and bodywork is more than just a way of life, it's a life long journey of understanding the amazing human body.
