Policy:

Scheduling appointment online: 

To ensure your appointment is confirmed, it is essential to complete the health history form sent to you by email within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling and or the cancellation of your appointment. In the event that you have prepaid for the service, a refund will be processed accordingly. Timely completion of this form is crucial for maintaining the schedule and providing the best possible care.

Cancellations:
To ensure the best service for all clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Should you need to cancel your appointment within this time frame, please be aware that you will be responsible for the full session fee. For after-hours cancellations, you can send an email to kdo@massagetherapy.com or leave a voice message to avoid any charges. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a high standard of service for everyone.

Reschedule -Less than 24 Hour Notice
Please note that a $50 rescheduling fee applies if an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively and continue to provide timely services to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

No shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show. They will be charged for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals:
The time you schedule for your service is just for you. If you arrive late, you will receive the remainder of your time for that service. Depending upon how late you arrive, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
