Sessions are therapeutic and relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure, often described as "delicious discomfort." Using slow movement (passive and active) and gentle stretches helps achieve lasting results. Modalities include Somatic Bodywork for stress and trauma, Deep Tissue Massage, Deep Circulatory Massage, Cupping, Sensory Repatterning, Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Chair Massage and Prenatal Massage. I work with all ages, genders, races, and classes.

With my unique pricing, you pay what you can generously afford and what you value the service, with a baseline of $65/hr for the first session, regularly $75/hr. When you book within a month of your last session you can stay at the newcomer rate. I am mobile throughout Hemet Valley. There's a travel fee for distances 5+ miles from Hemet Hospital, at the same rate as massage per hour. (For example, a 60-min round trip adds $60 to the baseline.) Zelle is best but I take cash, too.  I see clients Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15-2:45 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am-6 pm.

Trained at International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, I graduated with 1125+ hours as a Holistic Health Practitioner and continue learning daily. I opened my business in 2010 in San Diego and worked at the IPSB student clinic as a supervisor, with teens in residential treatment doing chair massage and self-massage classes, and have volunteered massage for the NAMI Walk, homeless women, women in a transformational recovery program and with leprosy patients in India. I study and love sharing Nonviolent Communication.
