Our bodies, tissues, and organs can offer insight into our internal environment and current health status. It is profound to tap into our own healing capacity with the use of various treatment modalities.  Therapeutic modalities such as massage, energy work, light therapy all have a place in healing.  My specialties and trainings include myofascial release, Tennant biomodulation device aka "scalar energy", Swedish massage, Kinesio-tape and visceral manipulation and more.
