Hello! My name is Tessa. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Karuna Reiki Master. 3 years ago, I embarked on a journey of self discovery. I’ve always been fascinated with the human body and the mind-body-energy connection. Western medicine never quite resonated with me because it felt incomplete. It fails to make the connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and physical suffering. Through my journey of self discovery, I realized that my physical pain and emotions were deeply intertwined and I couldn’t heal one without healing the other. As I began to heal through this holistic approach, a passion was sparked in me to support others in addressing and exploring their physical pain and discovering the root causes. It is here that true healing can begin. Outside the treatment room I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, hiking and finding my soul purpose on this planet.
