Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be billed?
You will be billed the first the month when you purchase the membership and then the same day each month moving forward. For instance, if you purchase a membership on January 5th you would be charged the first month of the membership that day and then be charged the monthly membership fee on the 5th of each following month (February 5th, March 5th…)

Will my massages roll over?
Yes, if you don’t use any of the massages in your membership they will be rolled over to the following month. There is no limit on the number of massages that can be rolled over

What if I don’t buy a Self- Care massage membership?
No problem! You are still welcome to book your massage. Our regular price for a one hour massage is $120 for a 60 minute massage and $180 massage. We certainly encourage you to join our membership program for a discount on each massage plus exclusive member benefits

How do members schedule a massage?
The method of scheduling a membership massage is no different than the current process. After you have set up your membership simply go to our site and book your massage on-line. Our software will recognize you as a member and how many massages/credits are available in your account. If a massage/credit is available, it will apply it to you appointment and you will not be charged anything.

What if I don’t use all the massages in my monthly self-care massage membership package?
No problem! Unused massage credits will be rolled over to the following month. There is no limit on the number of massages that can rolled over and massage credits never expire. Additionally, you can gift unused massage credits to friends and family

How do I pay my Self-Care massage membership fees?

One of the best parts of our membership program is that is very easy! When you sign up you enter your billing information, and your card will be automatically charged each month. You can cancel or upgrade your membership at any time

Is my financial information secured?
Yes, our booking software securely stores your credit card information and accepts all major credit cards

Where can I use my Self-Care massage membership?
You can use your membership at both Claire’s Massage Studio locations (Burlingame and Walnut Creek)

Can my Self-Care massage membership be used for services other than massage?
The self-care massage memberships are only available for massages at this point. Hot stone and CBD Oil massages are not included in the Self Care memberships. Please call the studio to schedule these types of massages

Can I pause my membership?
Yes, a membership can be paused at any time. Please call the studio to have a membership paused

I currently have a pre-paid (punch card) package? Can this be combined with a membership?
At this point we do not combine prepaid packages with our membership program. Also, we will be phasing out all of our prepaid packages. Of course, we will honor any outstanding (unused) credits/visits remaining on any outstanding pre-paid package. To all of our guests currently using a prepaid package we encourage you to sign up for a membership to realize savings and exclusive member benefits once your prepaid package is finished.

What are some of the other exclusive benefits members enjoy?
Exclusive members-only emails let you be the first to know about special offers and discounts! Additionally, quarterly we will raffle a free 60-minute-deep tissue massage. This raffle is exclusively for members and each member will automatically be entered into the raffle

Are Refunds available?
All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto payment has been processed

Our COVID Safety Protocols are as follows:

• Completed client intake form for COVID contraindications.
• Masks are required at the Studio for the entire session.
• Hand sanitizer/hand-washing facilities are provided.
• All massage table linens are used one time (for each massage) only
• Please note this practice has always been (and will always be) our policy
• Plastic liner on massage table for easy cleaning
• Lysol disinfecting wipes/spray used for sanitation between clients

The Studio offers  Acupressure, Trigger Point, Sports Therapy, Chair Massage, Cupping Methods, Energy Bio-Dynamics Swedish Massage, Deep tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology.

It is our policy at Claire's Massage Studio to have our staff meet monthly to refine their techniques by providing treatment on our team members. Having the staff give positive criticism ensures that our clients only receive the best of care which is Tried, Tested and True.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any of our studios that cancellation/reschedule request MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to your credit card being charged in full. This is industry standard and is in place to ensure we can cover the costs of associated with staffing our studios and providing our clients the best experience, We appreciate your understanding.
