I have worked in therapy/care giving for over 5 years. I enjoy the therapeutic lifestyle for physical and mental health. This business is a place where anyone and everyone can benefit. The basic purpose of DaliMay Massage is improving movement and health through touch.

Services include but are not limited to: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Prenatal massage, Passive Joint Movement, Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Aroma/Hydro/Therapuetic Therapy.

POLICIES

Clinic 

• Notify the therapist when arriving
• Masks are optional 
• Respect Property
• No children or tag along, unless otherwise agreed upon

NO SHOW:
 

• A session is considered a no-show, if the client is 15 minutes or later, WITHOUT notifying the Massage Therapist. 
• If the client no-shows, FULL PAYMENT of the session is required to reschedule. If not taken before a new appointment is made, will be required at a new appointment. 

Late Arrivals:
 

• If the client is going to be late please inform the therapist before the start time of your massage.
• Client massage sessions will BEGIN AT SCHEDULED TIME, whether the client is present or not.
• If the client notifies the therapist, the client is welcome to use the remainder of the time of their session when they show up but must pay the full price of the session.
• Or client is welcome to cancel and pay a fee of 50% of the appointment total. If the client NO SHOWS full payment of the appointment will be required, if not paid client cannot reschedule.
• If the therapist is not notified and the client is later than 15 minutes, the session will be canceled and considered a no-show (rules for no-show will apply here). 

Reschedules:

• Must be done 25hrs in advance to receive a reschedule.
• Only considered a reschedule if done within the same week.
• Rescheduling for the 3rd time and more, full payment will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to reschedule. (Unless spoken directly to the therapist and something is otherwise stated).

Cancellations:

• All cancellations must be done 24hrs in advance of appointment time or a fee of 25$ will be required.
• If you book within the 25hr mark and cancel, the 50% OF SERVICE fee will be required.
• If the client reschedules without paying the previously owed cancelation fee, payment will be required at the appointment before the session can begin.
• A client who refuses to pay due fees will NOT be given any services.

*** Same-day scheduling is not permitted through the website; however, you can schedule by messaging the therapist directly with a 15$ fee.

***Gift certificates must be used within 5 MONTHS of purchase or they become null and void and will leave your Massagebook account.
