Welcome to simply.massage where you will experience bodywork that is both therapeutic and relaxing. I have an integrative and intuitive approach. Combining all aspects of Swedish massage with techniques such as trigger-point release, joint mobilization, and deep tissue focus work allows me to deliver a restorative and therapeutic massage. I will customize your experience:  aromatherapy, hot stones, pre/postnatal, relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, full body, or focus on 1-2 areas all included. If you would like to try cupping (on 1-2 focus areas) simply add it on to the service at the time of booking. It will be done within the allotted time of the massage and I do not charge more for that. I offer CBD oil from Malaya Botanicals as an add-on. 

If you want to book a prenatal massage, please put a note with how pregnant you will be at the time of your appointment in the notes section. Simply tell me what your needs are. Intention with each stroke, movement, and stretch is integral for me as a massage therapist to deliver the best treatment for my client. I welcome you to experience… simply.massage. 

I am located within Back To Life Wellness Center at 1505 Webster Street, Alameda, CA 94501. My hours are Monday-Thursday. If you need a later time in the evening or a Friday you can contact me to arrange if possible. Sorry, I am not available on Saturdays and Sundays. 

I offer 30,45,60,75,90 and 120 min sessions.   

Couple of details to know...

• Wearing a mask indoors is optional. My COVID protocols are as follows.  I have a HEPA Air filter in my office, I schedule 30 min between clients for disinfecting, I have window open when it's warm enough and fan for circulation. 
• Back To Life Wellness Center is located at the top of the stairs, unfortunately there is not an elevator.  My office is on the left at the end of the hallway. Please wait in the waiting room. The restrooms are to the right.  
• Please arrive 5 min early... and Please be on time, but if you are late please call or text me.  
• If you need to cancel please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 4 hours of your service will result in a 50% charge.
• Street parking is available but please allow time to find it.
