The building only has stairs to our unit ( NO ELEVATOR)

There are no refunds - if you cancel before 24 hours a credit will go on to your account to rebook at a later date 

if you cancel after 24 hours full balance will be due before booking again 

If you are 10 + minutes late your appointment will be marked as a no show and full balance will be dure - we cannot replace your reserved  appointment  time with zero notice ,
