Since completing my core training program in 2010, I've dedicated myself to the art of massage therapy as a licensed practitioner. Eager to expand my skills, I pursued a certification in Medical Massage at the esteemed Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, AZ in late 2011.

My journey has taken me through diverse settings, from offering therapeutic massages at a renowned Scottsdale day spa to providing specialized care alongside a Phoenix-based chiropractor. I've also had the privilege of administering oncology massages with Cancer Treatment Centers of America and contributing to the wellness experience at Miraval's Life in Balance Spa near Tucson, AZ.

Driven by a passion for understanding the intricacies of the human body, I continually deepen my knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and the profound connection between physical sensations and emotional well-being. Currently, I'm pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology while honing my expertise in Somatic Experiencing.

My practice is centered on holistic healing, with a focus on releasing emotional traumas, managing chronic pain and injuries, and fostering relief from stress and anxiety.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I am proud to serve as the owner and educator at Tucson Massage CE Institute, providing valuable continuing education opportunities for fellow licensed massage therapists. I also manage The Wellness Center on 7th Avenue, where I strive to create a nurturing space for wellness and healing.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it's spending time with my beloved Great Dane, Anakin, or tending to my backyard garden.
