I began learning about the healing power of massage almost forty years ago when my mother became a massage therapist. After twenty years of teaching Special Education I decided to become a massage therapist and I have been learning and practicing for over ten years.  I am Nationally Board Certified and have been trained in many types of massage and body work. I use a variety of skills to create an individualized massage for every treatment. I believe that massage is an essential part of self care and look forward to working with you to make your life healthier and more enjoyable.
