I attended the Aveda Institute Denver and found myself immersed in a profession that I absolutely fell in love with.  I completed the dual spa program in September 2011 and I've never looked back.  I use the elements of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and reflexology to achieve lasting and meaningful results.  I also find benefit in adding assisted stretching and cupping to my bodywork sessions.  I love the science of massage because it is truly limitless.  You can be as creative as you want and there are always opportunities to learn something new.
