Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the session. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me serve all clients effectively.

Forms Policy:
All new clients are required to complete intake and consent forms at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This ensures I have the necessary information to tailor your session safely and effectively. Failure to complete the required forms in time will result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled, and will be subject to the late cancellation policy.

Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
