About the Therapist: Aya obtained her certification as a massage practitioner in Japan in 2018 and completed her studies at the Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in Washington in 2022. Additionally, she has been a certified personal trainer (NASM) and a corrective exercise specialist (NASM) since 2024. Aya is dedicated to creating personalized plans for each client, aimed at enhancing their movement, alleviating pain in everyday activities, and allowing them the opportunity to prioritize their well-being. Her specialties are Pain Management (Acute and Chronic), Post-injury care, TMJD care, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Stress reduction. As a veteran's wife and a fire wife.
