I am back in Payson and ready to take appointments. I am excited to announce that I am in my own studio space away from any spa or salon environment, please note the new address information. I feel this allows a more relaxing and therapeutic environment. I look forward to catching up with old friends and making new ones. Thank you for your support!

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on my cancellation list.

Missed Appointments

Due to recent no call, no show appointments
There is now a 50% service deposit required for booking an appointment. This deposit will be granted toward the service the day of appointment. However, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows the scheduled appointment completely the client forfeits the deposit. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis and given one grace appointment per year for last- minute rescheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

In the case of late arrivals:
Showing up late affects the amount of time left for your treatment, no overages are given to respect the times scheduled for the following clients for the rest of the day, and you are still responsible for payment of full service time booked. If a client is 15 minutes late it is considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
