Cancelations
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on my cancellation list.
 

Missed Appointments

Due to recent no call, no show appointments 
There is now a 50% service deposit required for booking an appointment. This deposit will be granted toward the service the day of appointment. However, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows the scheduled appointment completely the client forfeits the deposit. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis and given one grace appointment per year for last- minute rescheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

In the case of late arrivals:
Arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment, as sessions must end on time to accommodate the next client. To honor everyone's schedule, extensions cannot be provided, and the full service fee will still apply. If a client is 15 minutes late it is considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
