Massage therapy is a great tool to help bring stillness to your day (while still getting the body healthy circulation and blood flow), to focus your mind on the present, and allow someone to help allieviate aches and pains. We provide a safe place if thats needing tears to be shed (or sometimes a little drool) while a helpful therapist helps you through it locating trigger points and holding patterns. When our mind, body, and spirit have a release built-up tension its cleansing so many systems that help us function at our best.

What to Expect:

If you are coming in to office you may arrive up to 10 mins early for your appointment. We will discuss your preferences and focus areas. You will be properly draped throughout the entire session to ensure both the therapist and clients comfort and safety. 

If I am coming to your home I will arrive 10-15 mins early to set up for your appointment time. We will discuss your preferences and focus areas. You will be properly draped throughout the entire session to ensure both the therapist and clients comfort and safety. 

For Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged $50 late cancelation fee before you are able to book your next session. 

Payment options:

Cash, Venmo, or Zelle payments are preffered you may pay after your session is compelete. 

For groups or retreats a payment may be required before the set date. 

I also do price matching so if you get a better quote for your in home massage services I would love to serve you by working with your budget to make sure you get the care you need!
