Each session starts with a detailed conversation where the therapist and client roadmap the goals for treatment. This can range from mental health relaxation to preparing for a marathon. When you arrive, suite 4 is the left building as you enter the plaza. Our door faces the back parking area and reads “Desert Light Healing Sanctuary.”

Please come in, sign in, and your therapist will be right with you.
