What is "Myofascial?"
"Myo" means muscle. The fascial system or "fascia" is the three-dimensional, continuous web of connective tissue that interfaces and permeates every system, muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel, organ, and cell of our body. Fascia separates, supports, connects, and protects everything in our body. Fascia is our body's shock absorber.
