Hi, I'm Audi. I've been a practicing licensed massage therapist for sixteen years in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. I studied aromatherapy in Syros, Greece and have a love for all things all natural. I have a true belief that your health depends on how you treat your body as a whole. Massage and yoga are only a few pieces of that self-care process. I'm certified in aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue and Thai herbal compress. I'm also a RYT with Yoga Alliance. I received my certification at Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. I enjoy teaching Yin Yoga on an individual basis. As of now, I'm studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Stay tuned for those available options in the near future.
