Fairbanks, Alaska is my hometown! I love it here because of both the down-to-earth people & the beautiful, vast surrounding wilderness. If you look at my logo closely, you can see that the mountains & river merge into two hands forming a heart. I designed it this way because when I am in nature, especially when I am in the mountains, I feel as sense of strength, calm, awe, connection, balance & joy. These are the feelings I hope to pass on to my clientele! I stand on the shoulders of giants, using the tools I learned from phenomenal teachers! I have learned several modalities & tailor sessions to hopefully best meet each client's unique needs. I truly believe the body can heal itself, if it is supported through awareness, nutrition, exercise, stretching, proper breathing & posture, bodywork & relaxation. In this day & age, life moves at a fast pace with multiple factors that are out of our control. My goal is to give my client an hour to not have to think about the outside world, go within & hopefully achieve a state of less stress & tension!
