The first steps of healing is that we have to acknowledge our drawbacks.

Samantha knows what she is doing! My lower back hurt and was so tight before I came in and she got me right. She knows the muscles to massage in order to release my lower back tightness. I had a great round of golf later in the day, thank you Samantha!
