Shelley Lynn Mehr, LMT Lover of Mountains and Touch, started her massage career 7 years ago at a retreat center in Costa Rica. There she discovered her passion as a bodyworker and furthered her exploration of the healing arts with many different modalities of massage. Shelley graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School located in Salt Lake City, Utah. She learned several modalities there, including deep tissue, trigger point, swedish, and Lomi Lomi. Pursuing her studies she decided to specialize in structural, thai yoga and qi nei tsuang. She has worked in many different places expanding her awareness and education of the body, including yoga studios, high end 4 Star Forbes spas, retreat centers and various places around the world. She specializes in her own unique flow and blend of melting your muscles, awakening your fascia, stretching those tight areas, and using her intuition and presence for what your bodies needs in each session.
