I am passionate about massage because it works! Massage provides relaxation, healing, and a dedicated moment just for you. It also offers valuable feedback and awareness by revealing where you are holding tension in your physical body. The more you understand your body, the better you can care for it—preventing future problems or even reversing current ones.
The massage experience shouldn't be overly complicated. Whether you're pregnant or prefer "deep tissue" or "Swedish" massage, the price remains the same. During the booking process, you'll also have the option to enhance your session with additions like hot stones, cupping, and aromatherapy—all at a low cost to better tailor your experience.

A little bit about your therapist:
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy in 2004 and spent 15 years as a Radiation Therapist, treating cancer patients. While I valued my career, I wanted to help people in a more holistic way—offering immediate relief and well-being instead of creating additional side effects. In 2012, I completed a 720-hour certification program in massage therapy and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist ever since.
I am a proud member of the following professional organizations:
- NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) since 2012
- ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals)
I have been licensed in Illinois (2012–2022) and Wisconsin (since 2023).
My approach to bodywork is centered on creating therapeutic massage sessions that are both effective and deeply relaxing, allowing the body to heal itself. I use a variety of tools and techniques tailored to your treatment needs, with each session being uniquely adapted to you. My goal is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system while realigning your fascia and muscle fibers to optimize your body’s function—helping you stay pain-free and promoting wellness for both your mind and body.
