Rebecca is the best I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the body and muscular system. Her intentionality in approach speaks volumes. Rebecca truly wants you to feel better long term, not just within the 60 minutes she has with you. I enjoy her explanation of how the muscle systems work/where they attach, etc. This helps me to be more mindful of my body in daily activities and how my body systems are responding.
