About R&R essentials

My name is Rachel Baum I have been a massage therapist for 14 years. I specialize in deep tissue massage and trigger point work , I offer a wide range of different massage techniques, including Swedish , Prenatal massage , Deep tissue massage, Trigger point , Reflexology  , Sports massage  and Full body stretch. You can also enjoy my add on services with each massage. Hot stones, sugar scrub for hands or feet, cupping and Cbd oil massage. Rachel was Amazing!! She has fantastic bedside manners and very down to earth. Her massage skills are beyond what I thought I would get for a Swedish. I was very relaxed, and felt drunk when I left. Lol! I will definitely be going back to see her. She will work on the places you need attention on. Very knowledgeable.

Rachel is EXTREMELY good at what she does! I walked in with tight muscle knots & sore legs & I walked out feeling entirely relaxed & refreshed! She focused on the areas I mentioned, but also made sure my whole body was taken care of. Her work space is nice & easy to locate! I highly recommend R&R Essentials! Talented, friendly & affordable! 10 out of 10! I know I won’t be using anyone but R&R!
