At 70 yrs old, a former masseuse and ongoing massage recipient Ive had many, many massages. Charlena is on top of my favorite! Her skill and willingness to listen understand and make improvements, as of yesterday this massage gave me a marked improvement in my knotted shoulder. I floated out of there drank water and fell asleep for 2 hrs. This is reflective of the inner workings she addressed. Evidently I released a lot. Today I woke up PAIN FREE!
Charlena goes the extra mile, I never ever feel rushed. The more you learn about her training the more I understand why she can read and heal bodies. She is much more than a general masuese.
