I’m passionate about helping you improve your mobility, flexibility, and overall vitality. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques and energetic modalities, I focus on relieving fatigued muscles, releasing knots and adhesions, enhancing posture, and boosting circulation to support your body’s natural healing process. My goal is to help regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling restored. I also use a herbalist-formulated, organic botanical-infused massage oil that is jojoba- and nut-free, with no added fragrance.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey to better health and well-being!

Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand how therapeutic massage would help me after I finished physical therapy post car crash. Her skill can be summed up by saying that I have not felt stressless in decades, after my time with Alexa, I was relaxed and unbothered physically and mentally for the rest of the day and into the present moment. I highly recommend Alexa. I plan to become a regular client.
