Hello, my name is Joshua Zalmanek and I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with chronic and acute pain conditions. My journey in this field began when I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in March 2020. Since then, I have been passionately practicing massage therapy.

I hold a certification in Integrative Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (myofascial trigger point therapy), which allows me to address specific pain points, muscular  dysfunctions, and injury related causes of discomfort many individuals with pain struggle with. Chronic pain is a multifaceted condition stemming from or exacerbated by various physical and emotional factors. In my practice, I integrate Somatic Experiencing techniques and Integrative Neuromuscular therapy to create a holistic approach tailored towards each client's unique needs. I strive to provide comprehensive care that promotes education of chronic pain, self-care tools, as well as an improved sense of well-being.
