About Open Sky Massage Therapy PLLC
I offer a dynamic, tailored massage experience that is unique to each client's needs.  Be it injury, chronic pain, acute or prolonged stress, grief, or trauma, I believe that bodywork is an essential component of the healing process. Taking the time to listen to your story, we will create a treatment plan that will help you reach your goals. I combine my training in Swedish massage, injury treatment/orthopedic massage, myofascial release and mindfulness techniques to leave you feeling more relaxed and at ease in your body. As a new client, Sabrina took time with me before my massage to talk with me and understand my body and what I was looking for in the treatment session. The heated massage table and heated moist towels were bonus perks. The best part of the experience is Sabrina's skilled touch. I felt 100% safe and comfortable, and I left behind a bunch of muscular tension. Thank you, Sabrina! I'll be back!

Sabrina is warm and grounded. Her approach feels technical and therapeutic and she uses multiple modalities in her practice. I feel like this helped me to have more relief from my injury than standard massages. Definitely recommend!
