Other modalities Julie uses are myofascial release, intraoral (certified), swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and injury massage. Through these different styles, she is able to meet her clients where they need to be met.

Julie was warm, careful, attuned, and skillful. I did have some tough effects after with pain so it might be good data for working more conservatively in future. I did not notice a need to ease up during the session, only had pain hours later.
