From therapeutic massage to energy healing, fitness classes like yoga and pilates, events like group hypnosis and sound bath immersions to psychic and mediumship readings, meditation, grief support and so much more, we have something to help you with any challenge!

Our core staff includes:

Pamela Reynolds, LMT, RMT, IMT, GMF, PT (Personal Trainer), ORDHM  Pam is the owner of Ohm-Zone and wears many hats.  Primary massage therapist, CranioSacral, Polarity, Reiki, Guided Meditation Facilitator, Front Office and Aura Photography are just a few of the things you'll find her doing between appointments.

Jenice Groth-Vandawaker is our primary fitness instructor.  Certified in Pilates (and yoga), Life Coaching, Color Therapy and as a very gifted psychic medium, Jenice misses her first love, dance.  Since dancing is fitness too, Jenice teaches Ballroom Dance, Barre' Fit and other classes that she feels might be fun.  She also does Reiki healing and, of course, Oracle, Tarot and Mediumship readings by appointment.

Randy Sills, MA, CHt is our resident hypnotherapist!  Originally graduated with a degree in Psychology, he was introduced to hypnosis as a tool and fell in love.  Randy takes private appointments to help with all sorts of issues including weight loss, stop smoking, anxiety, chronic pain and more.  His favorite thing to do is to hold the "fun woo" group sessions in subjects like Past Life Regression, Meet Your Spirit Guides, Discover Your Soul's Purpose and Psychic Awakening.  

James Price, LMT, RMT, YCT is Pam's massage mentor but is better known in the area as the Yoga Guy.  Jim teaches our Beginner's Yoga Class and, occasionally, will pick up a massage session here and there.

Heather Asmondy, RMT is our primary Reiki teacher for our classes, but she is also available for personal Reiki sessions with advance arrangement of the appointment.

Kellie Mae Rex, is our certified Sound Healer and Reiki Master and takes private appointments on Fridays.  She also leads our Sound Bath Immersions once per month.

We have several other very part-time folks here, mostly massage, who are here when they have appointments or for our festivals.  We are always looking to add new skills, gifts and businesses to our center.
