With over three years of hands-on experience and recent graduation from the Neuromuscular Therapy program at NHI, I offer massage sessions that balance both deep therapeutic work and full-body relaxation. My pressure is commonly described as medium, though I also provide focused deep tissue when needed. I incorporate a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, assisted stretching, cupping, and hot stones.

I enjoy creating sessions that calm the mind and body while also diving into detailed, targeted work that supports long-term relief. I work frequently with pain management and posture correction, blending intuition with scientific knowledge to meet each client’s unique needs. Every session is personalized, and I enjoy collaborating with clients on a future care plan—discussing how often to return, what we’ll focus on next, how the body may feel after a session, and assigning simple, targeted self-care for at-home maintenance such as specific stretches or other supportive remedies.

Helping people has always been important to me, and massage therapy felt like a natural calling. Even as a child, I found myself massaging my parents, and that desire to care for others only grew stronger. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wellness center, a chiropractic office, and several boutique settings. I’ve worked with children and adults and with a wide range of clients experiencing diverse conditions and concerns. My experience includes working with chronic pain, stress-related tension, spinal disc injuries and people with very active or very sedentary life styles.

What I love most about this field is the one-on-one connection. I deeply appreciate the trust my clients place in me, even if it’s just for an hour. There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing a client feel instant relief when the right muscle releases, seeing a visible change in posture after a session, or knowing that massage has provided a safe haven from a busy life. My goal is for every client to feel cared for, supported, and able to truly relax—sometimes even describing the experience as feeling like their body was in another world.
